returns & refund policy

We take great care in inspecting and packaging every minty. order. If something has gone wrong, please follow the guidelines below so we can resolve it quickly.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your case arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • photos of the outer packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind:

Due to the nature of acrylic display cases and the risk of damage once handled, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Condition of Returns:

Approved returns must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • returned as instructed by us

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

  • We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty or damaged items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind requests.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
